Plan has 10 exercises, I do each and every exercise with 3 sets and do 10 reps for every exercise set. I always focus on how I complete my exercise sets, because a right technique will help you to grow as muscle fast.

At one time, just like you, I badly wanted a nice beefy body, big arms, six-pack abs and so on. I spent 2 years to find a really effective method for muscle shaping. I’ve tried it all: I worked out in weight-room, did special exercises recommended by the "guru" of bodybuilding, ran on treadmills, but ... could hardly see any results, six-pack abs were still hidden under the layer of fat, and not a slightest sign of biceps.
Virtually a couple of months ago, I came across the info that Jason Statham pumped up his body in a couple of weeks just before the beginning of shooting of a new movie. His sculptured his muscles just like I was trying to do it with long and hard training.

I began my investigation. Thanks to my job, (I am a reporter for a foreign TV channel) I had friends and acquaintances among journalists in the US who helped me with this. After 2 weeks we were able to arrange an interview with Jason. It turned out that Statham did attend a gym, but without an extreme zeal - he spent most of his time on the set, and in meetings. He is a very sociable guy and so he put his cards on the table – all you need is an active lifestyle and sports supplements that enhance the effectiveness of training. With this method, even morning exercises will be enough to get a beach body in a couple of weeks! On the basis of his program, I built my own one and I am going to explain it to you all, I hope this information and my valuable experience will be useful and life changing for you!

How can you build up muscles?

1. Outdated classic - Go to the gym and exhaust yourself with workouts. You will get result and a nice body shape, but only through hard work which often takes 2-3 years. If you take it seriously, consider the need for a personal trainer, otherwise you are running the risk of dangerous injuries. Of course, this makes the cost of training go 2-3 times up.
2. Modern way - As for today, this method is the cheapest and fastest To achieve gorgeous sculptured body you don’t need to exercise to exhaustion. Do as best as you can, in your free time. 15-20 minutes of a daily quite comfortable exercise will be enough to see the result.
